Does Nphase have a rate sheet for specific services?
Because each customer and or project is unique, we do not maintain a standard rate sheet. Instead we evaluate our customer’s needs and provide quotes for service based on quantity, location, and duration of the job or project. We can provide quotes in any format requested by our customers; T&M, per site, pricing matrix, total project. Please contact us today to discuss your specific needs.

Does Nphase work outside of Houston?
We currently provide services to existing customers in Austin, San Antonio, South Texas, in addition to the Greater Houston Area. Our management team and crews have experience both managing projects and performing work, across the South Eastern portion of The United States.

Does Nphase carry general liability and workers compensation insurance?
Yes. In addition to carrying general liability and workers compensation insurance, we also have automobile and builders risk policies. Further, our insurance carriers maintain an A rating or better. Feel free to contact us to discuss our coverage limits or your insurance requirements.

What is Nphase’s safety record?
Work site and office safety is of the utmost importance at Nphase. We are compliant with OSHA regulations regarding elevated work, and our employees are certified climbers. In addition to formal training, we use our company safety manual and OJT to raise the safety awareness of each employee. We are very proud that we have had zero recordable or loss time accidents.

Does Nphase use subcontractors?
While the majority of the work we perform is in-house, we do have agreements with select vendor-partners. These relationships allow us to ramp up our resources to more effectively satisfy our customers varying needs. Each vendor-partner is actively supervised and managed by Nphase, to ensure that each job is completed to our high standard.

Does Nphase provide medical and dental insurance?
Nphase does provide medical, dental, and life insurance to employees who elect coverage after satisfying a 90-day waiting period.

No. Our employees have diverse backgrounds and skill sets. While most had industry experience prior to becoming employees, some had none.
